Patient Growth pilot

Open and record pilot exams

Use the Exams tab with fictional people, separate from exam-template settings.

Patient Growth is a fictional-data pilot. Use fictional people and documents only; do not enter real patient information. Availability depends on your practice's module access and your role.

Open a person's exams

  1. Open Patient Growth → Exams.
  2. Select a fictional person. If none are available, use the Patients link.
  3. Continue an existing draft, or choose Record / import an exam, select an active template and create a draft.

The Exams tab opens the existing exam workflow. Settings → Exam templates is a separate configuration area, not the place to record a person's exam.

Review before finalizing

Enter results or review an imported PDF/text document before applying values. Check the person's identity, date, measurement labels, units and values; imports do not automatically convert units. Supply a result or a reason for each measurement before finalizing. Save a draft when the review is unfinished.

Final exams are preserved. Use the revision workflow with a reason to correct a final exam. Comparisons depend on compatible measurement definitions, units and methods. Trainees can view available exams but cannot create, save or finalize them.

Pilot templates and targets are illustrative, not clinically approved protocols. A global approved exam library and real-patient readiness are not established by this feature.

Compare and review a summary

In the person's Compare view, select two or more finalized exams. Different templates can be compared when measurements, units and methods are compatible; missing or incompatible results are not assessed. Charts show configured target attainment, not an overall health score.

Review the progress summary and selected findings, then confirm the review checkbox before Copy EHR text or Download one-page PDF. Use only fictional demonstration records and destinations. Longer comparisons keep the baseline and latest four exams on the PDF chart; full results remain in the text.

Optional AI summary controls require a configured provider. Review the proposed request before sending it, and review generated wording before use. Calculated summaries and exports do not require AI. These controls do not establish real-patient readiness or clinical approval.
