Add fictional people and review their history
Use the Patients pilot for manual entry, event lead capture and reviewed list imports.
Fictional-data pilot only. Do not enter real patient information or import real patient lists. Open Patient Growth → Patients in an enabled practice. Actions depend on your role.
Add or find a person
Choose Add person / lead, enter fictional details and review the lifecycle stage before saving. An optional marketing event records the acquisition source. Where available in Community Events, Capture patient leads from this event opens Patients with that event selected.
Search by name or source-system ID, select a person and use Profile / lifecycle to review their details. History shows recorded sources and changes. Use Journey for stage, subtype and relationship-focus updates.
Import a fictional list
- Choose Import people and select a CSV, TSV or TXT file smaller than 2 MB, with at most 500 people.
- Map columns and review validation errors, names, source IDs and lifecycle codes. Use the stable stage codes shown in Settings.
- Review the rows and optional event before confirming the import.
Possible name or source-ID duplicates are skipped; existing records are not overwritten. Do-not-contact restrictions can be mapped for new records. This is separate from the Community Growth organization/contact importer.
Open Exams for draft/import/comparison workflows. Trainees have read access rather than editing access.
