Patient Growth pilot

Configure pilot lifecycle and exam definitions

Understand practice-owned stages, assessment versions and exam templates.

These settings belong to the fictional-data pilot; illustrative targets are not approved clinical protocols. Open Patient Growth → Settings. Owners, administrators and clinic directors manage settings; other authorized staff can view them.

Lifecycle stages

Rename, reorder, add or retire stages and their dependent subtype/focus choices. Saved codes remain stable. Retired values stay readable on existing records and in history, but cannot be newly assigned. Lead remains active for capture and imports. Existing people are not automatically reclassified when settings change.

Assessments and measurements

A measurement is one result; an assessment groups measurements. Use New custom group or Create next version. Review labels, result types, units, measurement methods, import aliases and target rules. Keep units and methods consistent when comparisons are intended.

Exam templates

An exam template combines assessment versions and optional prompts. Use New exam template or Copy and edit. Creating a newer assessment version does not automatically replace the version already selected in another template.

A new exam draft snapshots its template and definitions. Later settings changes do not rewrite that snapshot or a finalized exam. To enter results for a fictional person, use Exams.

These are practice-owned definitions. No global approved exam library, inherited override policy or clinical approval process is provided by these settings.
