Explore and update the fictional Journey
Search, filter and review lifecycle changes without changing historical dates.
Use fictional people only. Open Patient Growth → Journey. The list starts with the newest 40 people by original creation time; updating Journey does not move a person to the top.
Find the right record
Search the authorized practice by name or EHR/source ID using 2–100 characters. Search covers the practice, not just loaded rows. Combine stage, subtype and relationship-focus filters; changing the parent stage clears the subtype filter.
Choose Load More for the next page. Counts describe loaded rows. Refresh restarts the list to include newly added records. A changed row can disappear if it no longer matches your filters. Stage colors supplement text labels.
Review a Journey change
Open the person's Journey update, choose the stage and available dependent subtype or relationship focus, then review and save. Cancel leaves the record unchanged. If another edit conflicts, refresh and review the latest state before retrying.
Stages do not enforce sequential advancement. First Progress Exam means the first progress/re-exam after care begins, not the initial new-patient exam. Relationship focus describes a longer-term approach; Educate means ongoing in-person table-talk, not an automated campaign.
Keep restrictions separate
A care approach chosen under Committed to Care persists through later stage changes. Do-not-contact is separate and remains prominently labeled; changing Journey does not clear it. This workflow does not offer removal of that restriction.
Actual Journey changes retain an actor and update time. Opening, cancelling or saving no change does not invent a new Journey date. There is no historical effective-date override, automatic communication or campaign launch.
